Service Description

I customize each confidential session to work in harmony with your specific needs and goals. Default session is on the phone for 1 hour and 30 minutes maximum plus an additional 30 minutes done on your behalf in absentia (without you on the phone), for a total of 2 hours of Energy Therapy. You may choose to participate on the phone for any length of time up to the maximum call time of 1 hr and 30 minutes, or you may arrange for your work to be done entirely in absentia. If you don't plan to be on the phone for the full hour and a half or at all, please indicate so in your scheduling notes. When booking an in absentia session, please send an e-mail description of the issue you'd like to address and rest assured, that is exactly where I will focus. In absentia sessions do not provide time for further discussion of the work done, but you are more than welcome to schedule a follow-up session, during which we can review results of your previous session. There will be some shifting as a result of all session work, regardless of delivery method. Because of this shifting, I find there is generally little benefit in discussing previous session work, what was or where you were etc. because you're not "there" anymore! Conversely, I find all kinds of benefits in picking up where you are now and focusing forward! For best results, I recommend 5 Energy Therapy Sessions within a 2 month period. (This also generally fulfills the prerequisite for the Coaching & Mentorship Program, which I recommend for anyone who, after 5 sessions, desires to continue working with me toward future achievements, growth and education. Preparation and readiness for the Coaching & Mentorship Program is determined on a case-by-case basis.) This does not mean you must schedule 5 sessions to benefit from Energy Therapy, only that, based on many years of experience, this generally leads to optimum results. You may find many benefits from our work together not limited to your stated area of focus. I may, at various times, recommend shorter call times and more in absentia work. In some circumstances, talking may actually trigger unhelpful blocking-type mental/emotional/energetic patterns causing unnecessary stress. Although, it can't be known whether this anchors the pattern further, it will not usually aid in resolution. Please be open to my recommendations.
